Vanguard seeks a Head of Financial Crimes Operations Execution in the UK to lead onboarding, monitoring, and control activities across the personal investor business. You will manage CDD/EDD, sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, and transaction monitoring in a hybrid setup.
You will drive transformation with data, technology and automation, lead and develop teams, and partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure robust controls and regulatory compliance.
