You will plan, monitor and control project risks, budgets, programmes, procurement, quality and change control, ensuring projects are delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with Imperial's standards and statutory requirements.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, end users, consultants, contractors, statutory bodies and Property Division colleagues to develop project briefs, manage approvals and support smooth delivery with minimal disruption to campus operations. You will also contribute to project reporting, governance, lessons learned and continuous improvement across the Projects Delivery Team.

  • Knowledge of construction contracts, including JCT and NEC forms
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures, statutory requirements, health and safety legislation and the Building Safety Act
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A delivery-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines

What we can offer you
  • The opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.
  • Benefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package (including 42 days' annual and mandatory leave and generous pension schemes).
