DMGT is seeking an Analytics Manager - Customer to lead analytics across acquisition and retention, growing our subscriber base and driving commercial value. The role sits in Central Analytics and collaborates with Customer, CRM, Product and Audience teams.
You will own the customer analytics pillar end-to-end, manage a team of analysts, and ensure insights are delivered at pace with impact, partnering with Marketing, Editorial, and Product to shape strategy.
