Service Operations Leader

As an UK Service Operations Leader, you will report to the UK Managing Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the UK Service business.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service operations while maintaining standardised processes and best practices
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Service organisation, supporting talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development
• Lead the operational and financial performance of the UK Service business, ensuring delivery of revenue, gross margin, EBIT, cash flow, and profitability targets
• Lead the implementation and adoption of connected and digital service solutions to enhance customer value
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across field and back-office teams
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable UK legislation
• Drive operational excellence, improve profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of our service offering, including digital and connected services

• Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
