PE-backed professional services group | Flexible UK base, with regular national travel

Full P&L ownership of a division scaling towards £80m+ revenue, inside a fast-growing, PE-backed professional services group.

The business is investing seriously in its senior leadership layer. This is a newly created role, it carries equity, and it sits at the centre of that plan.

You will own the division's P&L in full, with its senior leaders reporting directly to you.

• Set the commercial standard across the division: pricing discipline, scoping, recovery, and margin protection.
• Build a high-performing senior leadership team, with clear expectations, consistent accountability, and real succession behind it.
• Shape the division's growth plans and develop the next generation of its leaders.
• Operate at board level, representing the division's performance, risk, and opportunity.

Leaders within the division retain ownership of their offices, client relationships, and local style. Your job is to raise their capability, represent them upwards, and set the commercial framework within which that autonomy operates.

You have led a multi-site professional services P&L at meaningful scale, ideally £50m+, and you have operated in a PE-backed or high-growth environment where pace and structural change are normal.

You are the kind of leader who holds people to account while inspiring them to lead at a higher level. You have made hard calls on appointments and exits, and developed strong performers into stronger ones. You are commercially fluent on margin, pricing, and profitable service delivery.

A strong professional services background is essential.
