M&E Supervisor

Equans is recruiting a Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor to lead engineers and contractors on the University of West London contract. Your focus will be on supervising maintenance, compliance, and small works with an emphasis on mechanical services while ensuring health and safety and high-quality delivery.,

• Supervise reactive and planned maintenance; monitor KPIs in CAFM
• Audit assets and compliance, produce reports and recommendations
• Manage grounds maintenance and remedial small works
• Ensure accurate documentation and statutory compliance
• Provide excellent client service and liaise with stakeholders
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call emergency rota
• Cover electrical supervisor duties during absence
  Experience supervising mechanical and electrical FM works
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and asset auditing
• Leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to health and safety best practices
• Effective communication and flexible working approach
• Experience with CAFM and risk assessments
