Location: Greater London
Miro is seeking a Head of Customer Success Management for the DACH region. You will lead and coach a team of experienced CSMs, reporting to the Head of Customer Success EMEA, and collaborate with regional Sales to drive adoption, retention and expansion.
You’ll own your team's revenue and health forecasting, maintain data hygiene, and build executive relationships across key accounts while guiding AI-driven process improvements in a scalable business.
