As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that next level customer service is delivered to our customers day in and day out, assisting the Venue Manager with leading your team from the front and building a successful business.
What we are looking for;- Engaging people who truly enjoy the art of customer service
- Professionally presented individuals
- Commercially minded
- Effectively manage policy and procedure roll outs
- Must be able to lead and motivate a team
- Must be flexible to work days and evenings
- Must be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays
- Must be prepared to undergo a DBS background check
