Overview AV Account Manager – Spark Foundry We are hiring an AV Account Manager to join Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Media, where bold thinking and collaboration power meaningful growth for some of the world’s best-known brands.

This is a role where you’ll take ownership, shape client strategy, and lead a talented team to deliver campaigns that truly make an impact. You’ll sit at the centre of a highly collaborative AV team, working across TV, Video and Cinema to deliver exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing :

Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and acting as a key day-to-day contact

Leading the delivery of AV campaigns across TV, Video and Cinema with a focus on quality and outcomes

Managing and developing junior team members, supporting their growth and performance

Working closely with Planning, Investment and Performance teams to deliver integrated responses

Negotiating with media owners to unlock value and deliver strong campaign performance

Ensuring financial accuracy, operational excellence, and adherence to KPIs across campaigns

Sharing insights, market trends and category knowledge to elevate client strategy and thinking

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

Experience across AV planning and buying, including TV, Video or Cinema Strong understanding of media markets and campaign delivery processes

Confident communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Experience leading or mentoring others, with a collaborative leadership style

Analytical mindset with good attention to detail across campaigns and reportingA proactive, curious approach with an interest in innovation and continuous learning
