Key Responsibilities
* Lead global trust, safety, and platform integrity operations.
* Develop policies for abuse, fraud, and moderation.
* Manage escalation workflows for critical safety incidents.
* Oversee content moderation quality and enforcement accuracy.
* Partner with legal, compliance, product, engineering teams.
* Analyze risk trends, threats, and user harms.
* Build scalable safety processes, tools, and dashboards.
* Train teams on policy, ethics, and investigations.### Skill & Experience
* Strong experience in trust and safety operations.
* Deep knowledge of content moderation policy frameworks.
* Excellent risk assessment and crisis management abilities.
