Location: Greater London

The Facilities Supervisor position is a permanent, full‑time role based in Central London, offered by Red Personnel.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000.

Working pattern: 4 days on site, 1 day from home, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview

As the Facilities Supervisor you will take ownership of day‑to‑day facilities management operations across a multi‑site estate, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee reactive, planned (PPM) and project works to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate FM activities across the estate, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Supervise and support Facilities team members, including performance management.
  • Act as escalation point for operational issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Support senior management with reporting, planning and service improvements.
  • Manage contractor performance, site visits and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee CAFM system usage, ensuring accurate job tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor costs, raise purchase orders and support budget control.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Handle urgent and emergency issues with a calm, solution‑focused approach.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience within Facilities Management, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Strong knowledge of CAFM systems and helpdesk processes.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Financial awareness, including PO and invoice management.
