- Birmingham - £70,000 - £75,000 per annum Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Management Accounting to lead their finance team and drive financial performance across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to oversee the management accounting function, deliver insightful reporting, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's financial future within a collaborative and flexible working environment.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Management Accounting:
Lead and develop the Management Accounting team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement. Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and management information. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiencies within the finance function.

Act as a key contributor to finance transformation and change projects. Key essentials of the Head of Management Accounting: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Proven experience leading a Management Accounting or Finance team. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
