As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the performance of our Wood Wharf Club, leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional member experience. You’ll drive commercial success, ensure operational excellence, and represent Third Space as part of our senior management team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve KPIs across member experience, operational standards, and profitability
- Take full accountability for club operations, finances, and compliance
- Identify and implement strategies to maximise revenue and efficiency
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with marketing to grow the Third Space brand locally and beyond
- Ensure Health & Safety and company standards are maintained at all times
- Contribute to group initiatives and share best practices across the business
About You
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L accountability (ideally £2M+ EBITDA)
- Track record of leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
- Customer-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and willing to work unsociable hours, including weekends
