Delivery Director

• Oversee production and delivery of multiple integrated campaigns across ATL, Press, OOH, digital, social and owned channels
• Maintain production schedules, critical paths and delivery plans
• Ensure internal reviews and approval processes are followed
• Ensure production outputs are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate delivery across all production stages with the internal Production team and channel specialists
• Manage stakeholder expectations through timely, accurate and transparent communication
• Build working relationships across departments
• Partner with the dedicated Project Manager to monitor campaign progress
• Identify production risks and implement proactive mitigation plans
• Promote and continuously improve production processes and ways of working
• Maintain accurate production documentation and delivery records
• Report to the Head of Production & Delivery

• Demonstrable experience delivering integrated campaigns across ATL, press, digital, social and owned channels within a creative, advertising or integrated agency environment
• Strong understanding of agency production workflows, campaign delivery methodologies and quality assurance processes from planning through to final delivery
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate across Client Services, Creative, Production and external partners
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ownership of delivery, risk management and adapting as priorities evolve
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement
• Confidence to make informed decisions supporting successful campaign delivery
• Experience using  and Ziflow would be advantageous

Demonstrates expertise in overseeing integrated campaign production across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication. Proficient in managing production workflows and implementing risk management strategies to enhance campaign success.
