The Opportunity

This is not just a leadership role its a chance toshape the trajectory of a studioand influence projects of national importance. As Director you will:

• Lead business development and secure high profile commissions.
• Drive bids and presentations that win landmark projects.
• Strengthen client partnerships and open new strategic doors.
• Provide design and technical leadership across multiple stages.
• Mentor and inspire teams building capability and confidence.
• Represent the practice at industry events and forums.
• Work closely with fellow Directors and the Board to ensure the practice continues to thrive and expand.

About You

• ARBregistered Architect operating at Director level with at least 10 years postqualification experience.
• Proven success in winning work across Health Science or Education.
• Strong industry network and deep knowledge of public procurement.
• Track record in leading bids and delivering complex highvalue projects.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about architecture that supports innovation care and learning.
