Bordering the Thames in Fulham and set in 42 acres of magnificent grounds, The Hurlingham Club is a green oasis of tradition and international renown. Recognised throughout the world as one of Britain’s greatest private members’ clubs, it retains its quintessentially English traditions and heritage, while providing modern facilities and services for its members. The Club continually looks at ways in which it can improve, for both current and future generations, the first-class social and sporting facilities within an elegant and congenial ambience.
Reporting to the Director of Masterplan Projects, the Masterplan Project Manager will help to deliver estate development and improvement projects across its extensive buildings and grounds portfolio.
The Masterplan Project Manager will form part of an established team, delivering a diverse range of projects across the portfolio, including a variety of refurbishment and fit out projects, conservation projects on historic and listed buildings, development and enhancement of sports facilities, and improvements and upgrades to amenities across the estate and grounds.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in managing estates projects from inception to completion, with proven experience in overseeing brief development, design development, procurement and contract administration of projects in the £50k to £5m value range. Experience of working across historic, hospitality, leisure and/or sport facilities and project types would be advantageous but is not essential.
The role offers the opportunity for an individual to deliver a series of challenging and rewarding projects across a renowned London estate portfolio.
