We are actively looking to secure a Junior Project Manager to join Experis.

Job Purpose/

The Role:

Within this role, you will be supporting Senior Project Managers in coordinating and delivering interrelated projects within a programme environment.

Your

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Project Managers in coordinating and delivering a series of interrelated projects within a broader programme framework.
  • Assist with project planning activities, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and maintaining visibility of key deliverables.
  • Help manage project dependencies to ensure alignment with programme objectives and prevent delays or conflicts.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth information flow and consistent delivery across project work streams.
  • Contribute to stakeholder communication by preparing updates, supporting meetings, and ensuring key messages are shared effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, governance materials, and reporting to support programme oversight and decision‑making.

Your

Skills:

  • Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years' residency
  • In‑depth knowledge of programme management principles
    , methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven experience managing multiple related projects
    , ensuring alignment with programme objectives and benefits realisation
  • Public sector experience
    , with an understanding of government environments, governance, and delivery expectations
