Product Management
About the Role
Solidus Labs is building the market integrity infrastructure for digital assets, and our product organization is scaling fast. We're hiring a senior Technical Program Manager to own product delivery execution as a discipline.
This is a founding role for the delivery function. You'll start by taking ownership of ceremonies for a first set of squads, then build the standards, cadences, and tooling that let delivery run predictably across our product organization - increasingly through lightweight, self-sustaining practice. You'll work across squads spanning trade surveillance, transaction monitoring, and platform, partnering with Product Managers, engineering leads, and our data and algorithm teams.
Our Product Managers are primarily in New York; our engineering teams are distributed and weighted toward European time zones. Bridging that gap - through disciplined async communication, a reliable decision log, and well-run ceremonies in the overlap window - is a core part of this role.
The Shape of the Role:
- Phase 1 - Embed and run. Take ownership of agile ceremonies for an initial set of mature, stable-scope squads. Learn the teams, the products, and where delivery currently breaks down.
- Phase 2 - Systematize and scale. Codify how Solidus plans and delivers: repeatable cadences, clean reporting, and a decision-log discipline that works across time zones. Expand coverage across squads and coach engineering leads to facilitate day-to-day ceremonies under your standards, so delivery quality doesn't depend on any single person being in the room.
- Steady state - Own the discipline. Be accountable for delivery predictability and health across the product organization, running or overseeing execution across squads while continuously improving how the org works.
What You'll Do:
- Own product delivery execution for an expanding set of squads - running sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and progressively enabling teams to self-run under a common standard.
- Establish delivery discipline at Solidus - the cadences, definitions of done, reporting, and ways of working that make delivery predictable and legible to leadership.
- Bridge the NY-Europe gap with an async-first operating model: written stand-up summaries, a reliable decision log, and live ceremonies concentrated in the daily NY-London overlap window.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies proactively across six squads and shared data/algorithm teams, escalating risks before they cost a program its timeline.
- Partner with Product Managers you own how work gets delivered, product managers own what gets built and why.
- Track and report delivery health - throughput, predictability, cycle time, and roadmap-to-execution alignment - surfacing risks to product and engineering leadership early and clearly.
- Maintain Jira and Confluence as the source of truth - clean epics, accurate timelines, and reporting leadership can trust at a glance.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years driving delivery for multiple technical teams - as a Technical Program Manager, senior Scrum Master across squads, or Agile Delivery Lead. This is not a first delivery role.
- A track record of establishing or maturing a delivery function or agile practice, not just running ceremonies within an existing one.
- Proven success facilitating distributed teams across time zones - you have real, specific mechanisms for keeping people in sync when they aren't online at the same time.
- Strong async communication and documentation instincts; you default to writing things down where the whole team can see them.
- Working command of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile, with the judgment to flex the framework…
