My Client is a well-respected and successful ladies wear supplier based in London, supplying several leading high street retailers and supermarkets. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team, managing and developing key customer accounts across Womens Jersey
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supplier-side Account Manager with strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of the fashion production process, looking to join a growing and established business.
- Manage and develop key high street and supermarket accounts across Womens Jersey
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure excellent service and repeat business
- Manage and coordinate critical path timelines across multiple styles and product categories
- Liaise closely with internal teams including design, production, merchandising and logistics to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor orders from development through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Respond promptly to client requests, queries and updates
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements within the fashion industry
- Assist with product development, costing and sample coordination where required
- Manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working for a fashion supplier, manufacturer or retailer in a similar Account Management role
- Experience working with high street retailers and/or supermarkets
- Strong understanding of the garment production process and critical path management
- Experience with in Womens Jersey would be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to developing business
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A team player with a flexible, hands-on approach to work
- Passionate about fashion with a genuine interest in the womenswear market
