- Work alongside public sector leaders to solve complex problems and realise opportunities
- Develop strategies for Defence, Space and aerospace clients, including organisational transformation, digital enablement, productivity and efficiency, and delivery of new capability
- Support and lead a team of problem solvers using strategy skills and methodologies
- Manage work streams or smaller client projects, structure work packages and drive assignments to successful conclusions
- Produce clear, persuasive and concise documents for Executive audiences
- Build productive and lasting client relationships at working and middle-management levels
- Lead analysis, determine data-gathering requirements, translate analysis into useful findings and ensure quality of outputs
- Plan and manage delivery of quality work
- Manage and mentor junior team members and support their development
- Build relationships within the PwC Network and contribute to internal, firm-building activities
- Experienced strategy adviser or policy analyst with strong experience working with the Ministry of Defence, the Armed Forces and/or the Aerospace and Defence sector
- Experience of developing organisational strategy/policy and supporting stakeholders to transform their business
- Excellent client handling skills with experience of delivering projects or contributing to larger-scale strategy and operations change programmes
- Ability to contribute to delivery in one or more of:
Operational Transformation, Capabilities Development, Strategic Cost Reduction and Digital Disruption - Ability to manage self and others, with experience in leading smaller teams and supporting others to develop
- Experience working in functionally, geographically or culturally diverse teams
- Strong team player with empathy, humility and dedication to joint success and shared development
- Already cleared, or capable of being cleared, up to DV level
- Ability to travel and work on client site on a weekly basis
- No work visa sponsorship available
- Government clearance required
Demonstrates expertise in developing organisational strategies and policies within the Defence and Aerospace sectors, while effectively managing teams and delivering high-quality client projects. Strong ability to build relationships and mentor junior team members, ensuring successful outcomes in complex environments.
