We're looking for an experienced Estates Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities and infrastructure projects across the London Transport Museum estate.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how busy public buildings work and has a strong background in facilities management, estates projects and building services.

You’ll lead projects from concept through to completion, delivering everything from major roof repairs, building fabric upgrades and office moves through to decarbonisation programmes, and Building Management System (BMS) improvements. Managing multiple sites, contractors and stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to business operations. Post‑completion, you will maintain operational oversight of selected ancillary sites, including disused London Underground spaces, implementing and overseeing ongoing maintenance and keyholding.

• Strong Estates, Facilities or Property Project Management experience
• Experience managing buildings, premises or multi‑site estates
• Experience working in busy, live operational environments
• A track record of delivering facilities and infrastructure projects
• Experience managing facilities contracts and maintenance programmes
• Knowledge of building services, M&E and BMS systems
• Experience delivering roof, refurbishment or estate improvement projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and internal communications skills
• Strong project planning, budgeting and organisational abilities
• Can present information in a coherent and engaging way for example internal project updates
• Experience managing external contractors and suppliers
