We're recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency in Stoke Newington, supporting the Branch Manager and helping drive the performance of a busy sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent with a proven track record of winning valuations and instructions, or an ambitious property professional ready to take the next step into management.
The Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
- Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch
- Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Generate new business through calls, database management, viewings and applicant follow-ups
- Monitor key performance indicators, including valuations booked, instructions won, viewings, offers and sales
- Take responsibility for the branch in the Branch Manager's absence
- Help drive business performance and maximise new opportunities within the local market
