We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager at The White Hart. The pub sits on the bustling Mile End Road near Whitechapel station, on the Elizabeth line.

A Mac's house since 2022, invested in 2024 into a fantastic, elegant yet rustic East End pub - welcome to the White Hart, Whitechapel! A pub that' s been standing since 1750 and re-built in c.1900. It's an ideal opportunity for an ambitious General Manager fancying a shot at London, or Level 5 trained Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

We are looking for a passionate, team and standards driven General Manager to join the high performing London team and drive this great pub forward. The right candidate will enjoy working in a high energy London pub and have a passion for guest service. The ability to develop, lead and inspire a large team is fundamental for the success of the White Hart.

• Understanding the guests needs and responding to market demand
• Flawless execution of the offer
• Creation of sales driving activity on a regular basis
• Coaching and guiding the team - to get the best out of them every day
• Being able to spot talent and develop individuals to reach their potential
• Financial management of the business to deliver profit ahead of budget
• All aspects of licensing, food and health & safety compliance in line with the law

• Salary: £35-37K dependent on experience
