The Market Data Services Director will transform how we manage Market Data categories to amplify investment outcomes and firm-wide priorities.  This is an opportunity to lead at scale, shaping strategy, influencing enterprise decisions, and driving measurable value across the Market Data ecosystem.

As a Director within ESO, you will lead the global strategy and delivery of the Market Data Services categories, including real-time and reference data that support investment decision-making and risk analysis, with accountability for category strategy, vendor management, and sourcing service delivery across an enterprise-wide portfolio.

You will develop and implement coordinated Market Data Services (MDS) category strategies aligned to enterprise priorities, balancing cost, risk, and quality, and directing the evaluation of data and research providers, platforms, data infrastructure, and services based on usage, market dynamics, and strategic value.  You will provide leadership for the most complex and high-impact supplier engagements, including strategic partnerships with key data providers, guiding negotiations, shaping commercial strategies, and strengthening supplier performance through structured engagement and governance, while ensuring alignment with relevant licensing and risk considerations.
