Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the growth and delivery of the Global Mobility Managed Service (outsourced mobility operations) capabilities for the UK business.
Oversee the day-to-day Global Mobility Managed Service delivery of outsourced client engagements, supported by a junior engagement team.
Act as the internal UK SME for Global Mobility Managed Service delivery best practice.
Drive consistent practices and technology to grow and improve UK Global Mobility Managed Services capabilities, in line with global solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and KPMG delivery teams.
Provide specialist support to VIP and Executive moves where required.
Manage financial results on client engagements to ensure profitability of the business.
Recognise and develop opportunities to grow the practice, leading proposals and creating market facing materials.
Support with ad-hoc Global Mobility Consulting opportunities, particularly in relation to the onboarding of Managed Services scope.
Responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end employee experience.
Experience and Background Experience leading complex outsourced Global Mobility engagements, including, but not limited to document production, vendor coordination, employee and business case management.
Skilled at identifying, delivering and billing for out-of-scope managed service scope.
Proactively identifies and pursues market opportunities, aligning with senior stakeholders and engagement leaders to drive pursuit strategy.
Experience leading projects related to Global Mobility strategy, policy, operations and technology.
High level of personal responsibility and demonstrates accountability for onshore and offshore team performance.
Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information.
Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear.
Experience of presenting information to, and influencing, senior stakeholders.#LI-DC1
