London, Middlesex Senior Project Manager Residential West London An excellent opportunity exists with a leading Residential Developer for a Project Manager to deliver a c.650 unit development scheme in West London.
With a build programme of c.3 years, the project consists of multiple RC frame blocks ranging in size to 12 storeys and with you taking control of the project from its infancy, you will have the remit to build and develop your own management team.
As a proven Project Manager / Senior Project Manager working for a residential developer you will have previous experience of delivering substantial residential projects from start to finish.
On offer for this Project Manager position is a salary guide of c.95,000 p.a. plus a car / travel allowance, bonus scheme and benefits package.
