Job Responsabilities Team Leadership:
Recruit, lead and motivate the team and drive closely their performance
Client Experience : promote exceptional relationships building with current and new clients through state of the art client experience and also through clienteling initiatives to foster the growth of our local and international clients base Sales Management :
Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets, maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product offerings, storytelling and savoir faire
Operational Excellence :
Oversee operational processes, inventory management, maintain VM and ensure compliance.
Profile Experienced team manager with at least 5 years' experience, with a strong sense of client experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful team Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesA strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
