About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take lead for the successful delivery and commercial performance of complex multidisciplinary projects and programmes. You will provide leadership to project teams, manage strategic client relationships, oversee project governance and ensure delivery of technical, programme and commercial objectives.  You will act as a senior representative of the business, leading project delivery strategy, supporting business growth and ensuring projects contribute positively to operational and financial performance.

In addition, you will mentor project managers and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project delivery practices across the business

About You We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with demonstrable leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams across complex projects and programmes. Someone with strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical, operational and financial priorities, with proven ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus across clients, stakeholders and project teams. You will have a strong decision-making and problem-solving capability within complex delivery environments and experience in developing and mentoring project managers and technical professionals.

Responsibilities Support the Area Business Group Manager and leadership team in the effective operation and strategic development of the business.

Promote and champion the implementation of HDR project management, commercial, quality and risk management processes.

Contribute to business planning activities including workload forecasting, resource planning and operational improvement initiatives.

Support the development, mentoring and performance management of Project Managers and project delivery staff.

Participate in recruitment, talent development, succession planning and retention activities as required.

Encourage technical excellence, innovation and adoption of best practice across all project teams.
