Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of Fresha’s UK business, one of our largest and most strategically important markets.

This is a true GM role with full P&L responsibility. You will own the UK strategy, commercial performance and organisation, leading Sales and Account Management while working across Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to accelerate growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to shape company priorities and ensure the needs and opportunities of the UK market are represented across the business.

We’re looking for someone who can operate equally well at strategic and executional levels. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, structure and pace; build an exceptional leadership team; and create an environment where people have clear ownership and consistently high standards.

What you’ll ownFull UK P&L, revenue growth and commercial  market strategy, priorities, targets and investment decisions.

Customer acquisition, activation, retention and revenue growth.

Leadership and development of the UK Sales and Account Management organisation.

Forecasting, commercial productivity and operating performance.

Building a strong leadership team and high-performance culture.

Representing the UK market at company leadership level.

Identifying and removing the biggest barriers to growth.

What We’re Looking For This role requires someone who has already operated as a General Manager or equivalent.

You will have:

Previously been a GM, Managing Director, Country Manager or equivalent business leader within a high-growth company.

Owned a meaningful P&L with direct accountability for revenue, costs, investment decisions and business performance.

A strong track record of delivering significant growth in a fast-scaling business.

Experience leading sizeable, multi-layered commercial organisations through managers.

Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to move between strategy and execution.

Experience operating in a high-accountability, high-performance environment.
