Mon - Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 SAT (9-1 In Lieu when working on a Saturday)

Pear Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced

Assistant Sales Managerto join our client’s established and busy team based in Ruislip.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will support the Branch Manager inleading the sales team, achieving branch targets, generating new business, conducting valuations, securing instructions, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated and target-driven, with strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills and a good knowledge of the residential property market.

You should be able to lead by example, motivate colleagues and deliver an excellent level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting with leadership and motivating the sales team
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from offer through to exchange and completion.
  • Monitor individual and branch performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
  • Assisting with training and onboarding new sales team members
  • Ensure the team follows company procedures and industry regulations.
  • Step in to manage the branch and support the team when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
  • Contribute to maintaining our client’s excellent reputation and strong local presence.
