Regional Commercial Manager – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance £100K - £110K + Car Allowance + Benefits London
We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a Regional Commercial Manager to deliver a portfolio of repairs, maintenance and voids contracts across London.
As a key member of the leadership team, you play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy across the region, ensuring financial performance, compliance, and strong commercial governance across the contracts.
You will play a key role in supporting operational teams, managing and developing commercial staff, and driving value and performance across a fast‑paced, high‑volume responsive works environment. You will oversee all regional commercial operations for your region, collaborating with an experienced team to deliver outstanding results.
- Full commercial management of a large, high‑profile responsive social housing contracts
- Managing project P&L, forecasts, valuations, and reporting to consistently achieve or exceed financial objectives.
- Partnering with operational teams to enhance contract performance and maximise client satisfaction.
- Supporting contract mobilisation, execution, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Championing innovation and identifying opportunities to drive growth, efficiency, and added value
- Ensuring contract adherence and best practice commercial governance
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role with a main contractor working on repairs and maintenance
- Experience managing multiple work streams in a high‑volume environment
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on capability and a results‑driven mindset
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
