What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved This is an exciting opportunity to join Camden's Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Commissioning Team, helping to shape and improve services that support residents to live independently and achieve better outcomes. Working across a diverse portfolio, you will lead on the contract management, quality assurance and service development of mental health supported accommodation.

As a Commissioning Manager within the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Commissioning Team, you will be joining a dynamic and partnership-focused service that sits within Camden’s Adult Social Care department. Commissioning high quality and innovative services, building sustainable and effective partnerships and thinking long-term for our residents is a vital part of delivering our vision in Camden.

You will also contribute to wider work streams, including contributing to the Council-wide Accommodation Plan, which could include supporting with analysis of future accommodation and support needs and evidence for funding bids and business cases. Using insight, co-production and partnership working, you will help drive service innovation, improve quality and ensure services are responsive to the needs of Camden residents. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about reducing inequalities, building strong relationships and influencing positive change across health, housing and social care systems.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS. Please note Camden also offers the DBS update service.

You will enjoy working collaboratively with residents, carers, providers and partner organisations, building strong relationships and using co-production to improve outcomes and deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
