We are looking for a passionate and skilled manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Working under the guidance of the Southern Regional Manager, you will oversee astaff team and an expanding network of peer programs across Surrey.
Experience of working with disadvantaged groups and an understanding of providing services to vulnerable people is essential, alongside an understanding of how lived experience can support this work.
Your work will involvemaintainingand monitoring our existing HCTpeer projects across Surrey.
This will involve providing support and supervision to existing staff, managing operational issues on a day-to-daybasisand overseeing the management of local projects.
This post also involves regular liaison with external partners across the region, including key stakeholders and NHS colleagues at the Surrey Operational Delivery Network (ODN), alongsidedrug and alcohol services, hostels, outreach servicesetc.
