Ready to level up your leadership career? Yo-Chi is opening its doors in Notting Hill, and we're looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager to help lead our vibrant, high-energy team as we bring the Yo-Chi experience to London.

At Yo-Chi, chi is at the heart of everything we do. As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the Venue Leader in running a seamless operation — driving guest experience, quality standards, people management, and commercial results.

What you'll be doing:

Support the Venue Leader in running day-to-day operations

Lead by example, setting the standard for guest service and team performance

Coach and train Team Members, building product knowledge and service skills

Manage food quality, safety, and inventory to Yo-Chi standards

Handle admin tasks — opening/closing checks, cash up, stock ordering, deliveries and invoicing

Ensure the team follows Yo-Chi policies, health & safety, and compliance requirements

Own commercial results across sales, labour, and COGS

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have leadership experience in hospitality, food, or retail

Are confident managing people, standards, and a P&L

Care about the details and hold high standards, even under pressure

Bring positive energy and genuinely enjoy developing a team

Are available full time (including evening and weekends), with flexibility for a rotating roster

Are able to start on 17th August for our amazing training programme
