Business and Operations Manager
Full Time - On Site (Travel required)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Operations Manager to join our team.
As the Business and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our clinics. You will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of administrative and support staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all business aspects of the clinics.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve clinic goals and objectives
- Manage and monitor clinic budget and financial performance
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients
- Implement and maintain efficient and effective processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyse clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Provide support and guidance to staff on complex issues and situations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing and sales is a plus
