- Managing a large, mixed client portfolio
- Managing a team including handling workflow, reviewing, training, mentoring, appraisals etc
- Handling audits from planning through to completion
- Preparation of accounts including VAT returns
- Responsible for client relationships – building, growing and spotting opportunities for other teams
- Deal with client queries
- Ensure timelines are adhered to
- Work closely with partners and other managers
