Position: Japanese Speaking Relocation Team Leader

West London Permanent / Full-time Start: ASAP Working Days:
Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday work (approximately 12 times per month), with a day off in lieu Sundays and Bank Holidays are always off

Key Responsibilities Work for a leading Japanese logistics company as a Relocation Site Team Leader, with the potential to progress into a management role. Carry out packing and preparation work for international relocations. Guide customers through customs-related documentation and procedures. Provide customers with information and support throughout the relocation process. Supervise, guide, and manage on-site moving staff. Monitor work progress and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Handle other general duties related to international relocation services. Japanese Speaking Relocation Team Leader Skills & Experience Required Conversational level of English. Able to communicate effectively with customers and on-site staff. Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work. Responsible, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks. Able to lead and support a team and provide guidance to staff.

Candidates without previous relocation experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn. Preferred / Desirable A valid UK or Japanese driving licence (automatic licence acceptable) not essential. Previous experience in removals, relocation, or other on-site work. Experience in logistics, warehousing, delivery, or similar operational environments. Previous experience supervising or managing staff. A strong interest in developing a career in management.
