The Role Lead the day-to-day operations of the quantitative research function. Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering high-quality quantitative research projects. Drive operational strategy, process improvements, and best practice across the department. Oversee project allocation, resource planning, and workflow management to ensure efficient delivery. Establish and maintain training, onboarding, and quality control processes. Ensure projects are delivered in line with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, providing expert operational leadership. Monitor team performance, utilisation, and budgets to support business objectives. Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience managing quantitative research operations or fieldwork teams. Proven leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams. Background within market research, insights, healthcare research, or a related data-focused environment. Strong project management and resource planning skills.

Experience improving operational processes and driving efficiency. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Proficiency with research platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
