Are you an experienced Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for an Area Manager to join a successful and established retail business, leading a portfolio of stores across Surrey and South West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who enjoys developing teams, improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores, coaching Store Managers to achieve sales growth, strong operational standards and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple stores to deliver sales and profit targets
- Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
- Driving KPI performance and commercial results
- Identifying opportunities to improve store performance
- Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning
- Maintaining excellent operational and brand standards
About You
You'll have experience managing multiple sites within retail, fashion, food retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager
- A strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales performance
- The ability to coach, develop and motivate Store Managers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
- A full UK driving licence
