An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations leader to join our Global Wholesale Operations team in London.

This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for supporting critical trading and treasury businesses across Fixed Income, Equities, FX and Treasury. You will lead teams overseeing the settlement, servicing and control of high-value transactions across multiple international markets while driving operational excellence, risk management and strategic change.

Working closely with senior leaders across Front Office, Technology, Risk and Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a complex global business.

• Lead Security Settlement & Asset Servicing operations across London.
• Support Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury and FX businesses operating across global markets.
• Oversee settlement, cash funding, margining, collateral management, reconciliations and asset servicing activities.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational and settlement issues.
• Drive process improvement, efficiency initiatives and operational resilience.
• Lead strategic projects, new business initiatives and system enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with trading desks, market infrastructures, custodians and clearing houses.
• Ensure a robust risk and control environment aligned to regulatory and governance requirements.
• Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing team and inclusive culture.

• Extensive experience within Markets Operations, Securities Settlement, Asset Servicing or Post-Trade Operations.
• Strong knowledge of global securities, cash, FX and collateral markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, complex operational teams.
• A track record of driving transformation, automation and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior executive level.
• Excellent judgement, commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
