About the Role As our Service Delivery Lead , you'll be responsible for providing strong leadership and support to both colleagues and the people we support, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery are maintained at all times. This is a rewarding opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and making a meaningful impact within the community.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Developing, implementing and monitoring effective systems and processes. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Driving service improvement initiatives and promoting best practice. Working collaboratively with external agencies and governing bodies. Identifying and supporting new business and growth opportunities within the service. Creating a positive, inclusive and empowering culture for both colleagues and people supported.

Supported living in shared tenancy accommodation. Support within individuals' own homes. Tailored care designed around each person's unique needs, aspirations and choices. About You We're looking for a dedicated and experienced care professional who:
Holds current CQC Registered Manager status, or is able to obtain registration. Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care , or is willing to work towards achieving this qualification. Has strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for people we support.
