This role serves as a central point of contact in the People Team for the management and participation of Condé Nast full-time employees appearing as talent in branded content programs. Working collaboratively with The Talent Group (TTG), Commercial, Legal, People Business Partners (PBP), Finance, and local market teams, this position manages the end-to-end process, evaluating client proposal opportunities and pricing internal talent participation, securing approvals, managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and tracking financials.
Overview/PrimaryResponsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for the Talent Group (TTG), the Revenue team and Legal team(s) for internal talent participating in branded content programs
- Work alongside TTG advising on all client proposals and commercial opportunities for internal talent
- Analyze branded content program details and accurately price internal talent slated for participation in branded programs based on market specific rate cards
- Provide guidance on talent usage and participation across branded content formats, including sponsor ships, advertising, paid and organic social, video, events, and native content
- Liaise with People Business Partners and TTG to gain approval for Full Time Employee involvement in branded content programs
- Work with local market stakeholders across UK, US, FR, DE, ES to maintain efficiency as well as policy and legal compliance
- Manage and oversee the internal talent eligibility look book which details all employees who are eligible to participate as talent in branded content programs
- Complete social media check on Full Time Employees participating in branded programs as talent as requested
- Partner with TTG team members to track and ensure fulfillment of contracts prior to providing services as well as invoices and other financial tracking as needed
- Draft talent service agreements (riders) for Full Time Employees for all branded programs in collaboration with the Legal team
- Ensure completion and processing of riders, releases and other business/legal documents relating to the production of content and booking of internal talent
