Within this role you'll own our global digital learning strategy, leading platforms, content and innovation that enable 80,000 colleagues to build their skills and achieve their potential. Combining people leadership, stakeholder influence and learning technology expertise, you'll drive impactful learning experiences, shape our digital roadmap, and help create a culture of continuous development across the Group.

• Lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of Kingfisher's global digital learning ecosystem, including Cornerstone, Elucidat, Linked In Learning, Vyond and Content on Demand, ensuring an engaging and effective learner experience for over 80,000 colleagues.
• Manage and develop a team of learning designers, driving the creation, governance and quality of digital learning content while ensuring alignment to business needs, learning standards and local legislative requirements.
• Own the end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of performance management processes and systems globally, including annual review cycles, calibration activities and French legislative requirements.
• Drive innovation through the evaluation and adoption of new learning technologies, delivering against the digital learning roadmap to enhance capability, performance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to identify learning needs, shape impactful digital solutions and build capability across Learning & Development teams through expert guidance and support.
• Lead digital learning planning, reporting and governance activities, including roadmap delivery, budget and capacity management, performance measurement, compliance audits and data-driven continuous improvement.
