We are very excited to be looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Major Partnership, to join the amazing team at Barnardo's and take the lead on one of the charity's flagship national corporate partnerships.
Managing a team of Regional Managers and overseeing a partnership generating approximately £2m annually, you'll be responsible for driving engagement, income growth, retention and long-term strategic development. Working closely with senior stakeholders across both organisations, you'll develop multi-year partnership plans, influence decision makers, deliver exceptional supporter experiences and ensure the partnership continues to achieve ambitious fundraising and impact objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of a nationally recognised charity partnership, while helping Barnardo's support vulnerable children and young people across the UK.
To be successful as the Senior Relationship Manager - Major Partner you will need:
- Proven experience developing and managing high-value corporate, client or donor relationships within large and complex organisations.
- A strong track record of delivering account plans, managing sizeable income budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at senior decision-maker level.
