We have partnered with a growing Greenwich Law Firm who are seeking a Practice Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to get stuck into a varied role within a busy Law Firm and secure the brilliant starting salary and benefits on offer.
This role would suit someone with prior experience within Practice Management from a professional services environment, you will be expected to have a solid financial administrative capability along with being able to lead and supervise staff. Time management and organisational skills are key along with an approachable persona.
The duties will include:
- Managing the daily function of the Practice as well as overseeing members of staff.
- Provide compliance support.
- Deal with recruitment as well as arranging staff training.
- Be involved with business planning and coordinating social media and marketing activity.
