Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Head of Sales Controlling to be based in London, UK.
The Head of Sales Controlling is the co-pilot and sparring partner to both the Off- and On-Premise Commercial Directors, supporting the in-year, and long-term, commercial performance execution of RBUK volume, revenue, investment, and per unit forecasts, to sustainability create shareholder value.
They will lead, develop, and inspire a high performing team of Sales Controllers (Finance Business Partners - Sales), to be the pinnacle of finance business partnering, uniting Red Bull UK with future fit finance that enables better decisions faster in an environment of innovation and simplification without compliance compromised. Furthermore, they shall foster a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement where individuals and teams are empowered to perform at their best, grow but without fear of failure, and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
