I’m partnering with an established and growing professional services firm looking to appoint a Head of Company Secretarial to take ownership of a substantial client portfolio and play a key role in the development of its governance offering.

This is an opportunity for an experienced CoSec leader to combine technical expertise with people management, commercial responsibility and strategic input, helping shape the future direction of the function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of company secretarial and governance services across a diverse client portfolio
• Provide expert guidance on UK company law, compliance and governance best practice
• Manage, mentor and develop teams across multiple offices
• Oversee resource planning, workflow, billing and financial performance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and service delivery
• Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships

About you

• Extensive experience in company secretarial services
• Proven ability of managing others
• Commercially minded, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Hybrid:
3 days in the office and 2 from home following probation
