The company is a leading supplier of high-performance vehicles. They specialise in the conversion of the Porsche 911 for rally racing, and they also will create new performance vehicles created by their internal teams. The successful candidate will be taking charge of the motor sport department, leading and developing new improvement within the company and providing strategic oversight over new vehicle readiness.
This position will be office based with some overseas travel. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a specialist motor sport company's Senior Management Team and take strategic ownership of the Motorsport & Events function.
The Role:
Take charge to define and deliver the strategic direction of the Motorsport & Events function Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary Motorsport & Events team Own the commercial and operational performance of the company's global motor sport and events programmes Oversee race, rally, testing and customer programmes across international markets Provide strategic oversight of vehicle readiness, technical operations, logistics and resource planning
