• Sell and Deliver:
  • Sell and be capable of delivering projects with the support of the consulting team that meet sales and net revenue targets.
  • Develop customized consulting solutions to meet client needs, leveraging Global Data’s extensive research and analytical capabilities.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Identify and understand current clients’ needs.
  • Develop on-going and in-depth relationships with key clients through consulting engagements, presenting at conferences, and thought leadership documents.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement through regular communication and by providing value-added insights.
• Project Management:
  • Lead multiple consulting assignments and internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Strategic Development:
  • Support the Global Leader in developing a long-term consulting strategy that aligns with the broader company objectives.
  • Leverage the skill sets of the consulting team and the assets of the company to create innovative solutions and new business opportunities.
  • Support the development of a compelling Sales Intelligence offering to Technology clients
• Team Management and Development:
  • Help manage and build the dedicated consulting team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and enhancing their leadership capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages team members to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate strongly with colleagues in various roles, including sales, research and analysis, and customer success.
• Thought Leadership:
  • Develop and disseminate thought leadership materials, including white papers, articles, and presentations, to position Global Data as a leader in the Technology sector.
  • Represent Global Data at industry conferences, webinars, and other events to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
• Innovation and Improvement:
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve consulting methodologies and processes.
