Can you take commissioning from planning to successful handover? This could be your next opportunity.
I'm looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager (CX Manager) to join a general contractor (GC) team on a 12-month assignment in London.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the overall commissioning programme, ensuring activities align with project milestones.
- Coordinating mechanical and electrical commissioning teams, subcontractors and vendors.
- Overseeing commissioning plans, testing procedures, documentation and progress reporting.
- Driving issue resolution, managing risks and monitoring commissioning quality.
- Coordinating system integration, integrated systems testing (IST) and final handover.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing commissioning on complex construction projects.
- Strong MEP knowledge and experience coordinating multiple subcontractors.
- Data centre or mission-critical experience highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication and programme management skills.
